North Torrey Pines Living and Learning Building

With a footprint covering more than 10 acres, the North Torrey Pines Living and Learning Neighborhood is the largest in the history of UC San Diego campus. It represents a unique opportunity to plan, design, and build a vibrant mixed-use community that incorporates residential, academic, and administrative space. TITAN’s expert engineering and state-of-the-art shoring system were used to construct two of the residential buildings totaling over 500,000 sq. ft. of space with 14 levels each. TITAN is proud to be a part of successfully equipping the builder with safe and efficient equipment to bring this project to completion.
