By using proper handling and proper tools, you’ll save time and money on every jobsite. Remember, every damaged piece of equipment is costing you money at the end of the job!
Train your crew to follow these simple steps:
Lower beams by hand and place them directly into the barellas. Do not drop the beams.
Use the provided TITAN Mallets to adjust the beams. Do not use steel hammers on beams.
Saw plywood up and away from the equipment. Do not saw plywood onto of the beams.
Use chalk lines to mark layouts. Do not paint beams or shores during installation.
Strip shores away from the center bay first. Do not overload the shores.
By following these steps, you’ll have a safer jobsite, better cycle times, lower freight costs, and fewer surprise damage fees.
