TITAN's Engineering Staff focuses on the safety and efficiency of your project by:
- Knowing and dealing with all of the structural conditions of your project.
- Evaluating your pour sizes, building sequences and other relevant jobsite conditions.
- Developing intuitive easy to read color-coded drawings complete with consistent floor to floor themes, starting points, outline of floor below, square footages & equipment counts.
- Evaluating on-site equipment when developing future floor designs to minimize swapping of material.
- Subjecting your drawings to an internal group drawing review to ensure the highest degree of quality and accuracy possible.
- Committing to early completion of drawings.

TITAN's Yard Staff understands the demands of a jobsite and is committed to providing the best service by:
- Doing whatever it takes to ensure on-time delivery of our equipment in good working conditions.
- Shipping only "balanced loads" and maintaining strict bundling standards to simplify inventorying and off loading of equipment.
- Providing accurate "packing lists" through a strict double check process.
- Employing "digital documentation" (digital pictures) of all loads as a "third" check to ensure an accurate accounting of equipment.
- Subjecting all return equipment to fair grading standards.
